Builder’s Packages:

This service is provided to custom and tract home builders and is comprised of a 3 phase survey. The first phase is a Land Title (Boundary) Survey of the subject tract to be used for the initial purchase of the vacant land. After construction of the form is complete, we return to the site to locate said form horizontally and vertically; then prepare a Form Survey to be submitted the governing municipality of the area. When the construction of the home is completed, we again return to the site to locate all improvements that were built (structure, driveways, fencing) and then prepare a Final Survey to be submitted to the lender, title company and purchaser.
